1.99726

Well, I am 1.99726 today and will be exactly 2.0 tomorrow. I am almost to that age where a birthday is just another day and I would rather people forget about it instead of making a big deal about it...almost.

Just so everyone is up to speed I will be celebrating with 2 other classmates tomorrow as 25% of my class was born on Oct 13th, 2008. So if you see Jojo or David Doss tomorrow make sure to wish them a Happy B-day as well. My plan is wake up tomorrow morning and open some presents, go to school and have a party, come home and eat more cake and ice cream and hopefully open some more presents. Then I will take a breather for a day or two and then have a huge-normous party with all my friends on Saturday afternoon. Then the most important part...take a good nap that afternoon so I can stay up late and watch the Rebels take on the Tide Saturday night.
This picture would be great to print out and put on your fridge or maybe keep for your wallet.
We got new mulch around the tree along the main drive in the neighborhood so I went to check it out.
Dada is so weird. What is he doing over there and why is he standing like that? Add the fact that Mama is almost laying on her side in the middle of the sidewalk to take this picture and it makes for a pretty embarrassing stroll around the neighborhood.

This might very well be the last picture of me at the age of 1 but you never know. If the Beatles were able to release a song a couple of years ago I would not be suprised if another picture surfaced at some point in the future.
Hope everyone has a good rest of the week. I will be back soon with a post that will feature at least one picture of me with cake on my face.

Pregame Warmup

October 13th, October Thirteenth, October 13th

Since we have now officially entered into my birthday month it is time to get serious about preparing for the party. So I decided to go to 3 parties this weekend. First I went to one at Holly's Sweet Tooth on Saturday, then on to the biggest party in Mississippi at the Grove. Then Sunday I went to the notorious David Doss' birthday party. All this is preparation for my birthday, which happens to be October 13 in case you did not know.

No photo's please.
I'm trying to look incognito on my way to the Sunday party. To my chagrin I was noticed shortly after this picture.
Here I am Saturday at Elijah's party. I had ice cream and a gourd.
Game time. Always watch Ole Miss highlights on the way to the game. Gets you ready for football.

Who's that boy standing on my pig stool? Why I do believe that is Ryan. He stayed with us this weekend. He is a big fan of pretty much anything. Easy to please unless you put a green bean on his plate.

Birthday Alert

My Birthday is way less than a month away. Just wanted to give everyone plenty of heads up. Send me an email if you need to know where to send all the presents.

This is one of the last pictures of my as a 1 year old. This year's party should be cow-razy.

Fun in the Country

Neighbor, friend, school mate and fellow Rebel Liza and I went to a fair in the country a couple days ago. When you're in Mississippi the country is never too far way. We loaded up in the wagon and headed West for a couple hours of face painting, snow cone eating, horse riding and knee slapping.

Country folks are a resourceful bunch. These people took some old grass and made a chair out of it. It was perfect for us.

My love of snow cones got in the way of a good picture this time. Liza seems to have a similar issue.

Liza has a couple of months on me so I look to her for advice from time to time. Notice how she uses two hands and keeps everyone from seeing her underwear while eating. I have so much to learn.

A real horse is pulling us. We were going 1, maybe 3 miles per hour. I was not sure if we were going to make it or not.

2 people that are not as smart as you might think. Lets go by the nose of an animal with teeth the size of my iPhone. Not smart!

Headed home after some Fun in the Country. I am sorry that we did not get pictures of the hot air balloon ride that we did not take. Maybe next time.

While it was still hot...

While it was still hot we went for Snowballs then onto the Grove. This was a couple of weeks ago when it was about 108. The high today as a brisk 89 so things were much better.

Me and my shirt love a Strawberry Snowcone.

You may have heard there is a Quarterback shortage in Oxford. That is not true, there plenty of Quarterbacks in Oxford, the NCAA just won't let us play. Take my situation for instance. The NCAA wants me sit out for a year because they think something is fishy with my transcript. I go to a Baptist Daycare but a I am a proud member of Oxford-University United Methodist Church. Then they brought up that Mama grew up a Presbyterian, Sean and Leigh Anne Touhy are good friends and Jerrel Powe is a Pin pal of mine. And they say I'm up to something. I say just let a playa play!

I lost my football.

This is a perfect example of how a girl throws the ball. All arm, straight legs, no hip action and toes pointed down field. If you guessed that I did not hit my receiver on this play then you would have guessed left...I mean right. Good news is that I am 2 inches taller than Dylan Farve so I have potential.

Remember to always wear a shirt the color of the food you will be wearing.

This is the coolest guy my Dada knows.

Family Portrait time. We needed a quick shot of the Fam for a daycare project I am working on so we took one before Church.

Appropriate way to walk your child...No. Effective...Yes.

More Pics of me and Olivia

As I mentioned before Olivia had me over from some play time last week. A couple more pictures surfaced so i thought I would share.

Olivia is the baby that Mama is about to take a bite out of. Olivia, in its Latin context means an Olive tree or branch. Olivia extended an Olive branch to me by letting me play with her toys. Olivia's parents really like Olive trees and branches so I think that is why the picked that name. But...interestingly enough in English (Olivia speaks English) Olivia means an Elf Army. I'm not making this up. If Olivia surpasses the Elf height requirement I can only assume she will change her name to Linden.

Check out that head support that Dada is using.

I started climbing on things so this is the last picture that they were able to take. Mama says I was that size last week.
